Green Beans & Roasted Peppers 1 lb. cleaned green beans |

Boil water in a large pot. Add green beans. Cook for 5 minutes. Strain. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, over medium high heat add olive oil and onions. Sauté until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and roasted peppers. Stir for 3-4 minutes. Add green beans, salt and pepper to taste and mix together. Serve hot. |
