Green Beans & Roasted Peppers

Roasted Pepper Vinaigrette

1 red bell pepper roasted or 6 oz jar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 oz rice wine vinegar
½ cup canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a blender add roasted pepper, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey and rice wine vinegar. Puree everything until completely integrated. Add the canola oil to the side of the blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
