Chef Pascal Tomato Salsa
2 tomatoes coarsely chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 red onion coarsely chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup Chef Pascal Carrot Marinade Sauce
1 red pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
Optional cilantro or dill to taste
In a small bowl, combine all vegetables. Add Chef Pascal Carrot Marinade Sauce. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
