Balsamic, Tarragon & Roasted Garlic Sauce

Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade

1 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup pitted black kalamata olives
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
ground fresh black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend about 45 seconds until smooth. Allow to sit at least 1 hour so the flavors can get to know one another.

Use with our grilled chicken breast recipe.
