Carrot Marinade for Tofu 2/3 cup water |

Place the sliced tofu on a paper towel and press gently to extract extra liquid. Place in a bowl and set aside. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, add water, Chef Pascal Carrot Marinade Sauce, chopped onion and sliced garlic and bring to a boil. Pour liquid over tofu and marinate overnight. In a skillet over medium heat, preheat olive oil and add sliced tofu and saute about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. |
