Chef Pascal Chicken Wings
2 to 2-1/2 lbs chicken wings |

Place the wings in a non-reactive container or 1-gallon zip lock bag. Pour the Chef Pascal Carrot Marinade Sauce over the wings and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Remove the wings from the marinade. Meanwhile, preheat the broiler. Arrange the wings on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 10 minutes, turning once. Baste with the Chef Pascal Carrot Marinade Sauce. Broil for 5 to 10 minutes more. |
